Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid until September 30, 2026, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Children under 4 years old are accommodated free of charge, with a maximum of one child sharing their parents' room or cabin.
Children from 4 to 11 years old receive a 50% discount from the adult rate.
This policy applies to a maximum of one child sharing the parents' room or cabin.
Additional children may be subject to separate accommodation and pricing policies depending on hotel, cruise, or tour arrangements.

Magic Egypt Tours requires a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost to secure your booking and confirm all travel arrangements, including hotels, Nile cruises, domestic flights, and other services included in your itinerary.

The remaining balance may be settled up to 48 hours prior to arrival or paid upon arrival directly to your assigned tour manager.

This flexible payment option allows our guests to confirm their travel plans with confidence while ensuring all services are reserved and guaranteed in advance.

Tipping is a customary way of showing appreciation for good service and hospitality provided during your trip.

While tipping is always appreciated by guides, drivers, and service staff, it is entirely voluntary and based on your personal satisfaction with the services received.

At Magic Egypt Tours, tipping is not mandatory, and guests should feel comfortable offering gratuities only if they wish to do so.

Your kindness and generosity are always appreciated, but there is absolutely no obligation to tip.

# Cancellation Policy

At Magic Egypt Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation charges will apply:

* From the date of booking until 61 days prior to arrival: **15%** of the total tour price.
* From 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: **35%** of the total tour price.
* From 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: **50%** of the total tour price.
* From 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: **100%** of the total tour price.

Please note that airline tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline. Any airline cancellation or amendment fees will be deducted according to the airline's terms and conditions.

In addition, a **5% bank processing fee** will be deducted from any refunded amount to cover transaction and banking charges.

# Force Majeure Policy

At Magic Egypt Tours, the safety and well-being of our guests remain our highest priority.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including government travel restrictions, border closures, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or official "Do Not Travel" advisories affecting the destination, we offer flexible solutions for our guests.

Depending on the circumstances, clients may choose one of the following options:

* Reschedule the tour to a future date.
* Receive a travel credit valid for future bookings with Magic Egypt Tours.
* Receive a refund of the tour amount paid, excluding any non-refundable airline fees, bank charges, or third-party supplier penalties.

Any flight cancellation or modification fees will be applied according to the airline's terms and conditions. Bank processing fees and other non-recoverable charges may also apply.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, travel interruptions, and force majeure events.
