Finish your tour to Giza plateau by The Valley Temple: The only remaining mortuary temple at Giza plateau, made out of red granite and it was used for the embalming process. Then have your lunch at local restaurant before you move to the Egyptian Museum, where your guide will show you highlights of the unbelievable collection of artifacts from the old, middle, and new kingdoms. The museum house over 250,000 genuine artifacts, including the treasures of the most famous Egyptian pharaoh, Tutankhamen. The gold and jewelry on display was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s during excavations. Additional visit to the mummies room at the museum (extra ticket on spot) . Continue to Coptic Cairo, where you will see such glorious sights as the Hanging Church. Located at the gatehouse of the Roman fortress, it is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and is the most famous of Cairo’s Coptic churches. Also there you will be able to visit the Church of Abu-Sergah and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, one of the most important Jewish sites in the city and a historic place of pilgrimage for North African Jews. Then proceed to visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar. The shops in this district are known for trading fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques and much more, you can taste the real life of the Egyptians and buy your souvenirs. At the end of the tour you’ll be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
